BOONAH VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE
The Visitor Information Centre (VIC) exists to provide tourist information to visitors and locals alike with a comprehensive range of information, publications and advice on the local and surrounding areas.
The VIC also works with tourism operators and local businesses to ensure a high standard of information and service is provided to attract visitors and encourage them to stay longer in our beautiful district.
Conveniently located for visitors at the entrance to Boonah township, the VIC is sited in the pleasant surroundings of Bicentennial Park, which has a sheltered picnic rotunda, barbecues and toilet facilities.
The VIC, which operates under the auspices of the Scenic Rim Regional Council is staffed by a part time co-ordinator, supported by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic group of friendly volunteers, always ready to answer your questions.
Open daily: 9.30am - 4.00pm, except Christmas Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day morning.
